Global Safety Management obtains copies of your vendor MSDS from the manufacturer.  They are converted to searchable, indexed PDF documents and are uploaded to your customized GSM Compliance Plus website.  MSDS can be separated by locations and departments which make inventory reports quick and easy.

• MSDS can be searched based upon product name, ID numbers, aliases, manufacturer, ingredients, CAS numbers and much more.
• Products can be made obsolete by location or company wide.
• Important information, such as NFPA and HMIS ratings, is immediately visible.
• MSDS are available in multiple languages and formats.
• MSDS are updated and kept current, at no additional cost.
• As MSDS are updated, outdated versions are archived.
• Other documents such as labels and TDS are also available online.
• Standardization is available but not required.

Standardizing MSDS

If desired, MSDS and product labels are converted into a standardized format to make the translation, the label and the MSDS available via Internet and/or Intranet at very competitive prices. The MSDS are immediately available in multiple languages and several MSDS formats including ANSI, OSHA, WHMS and EU.

The on-line management tool provided by GSM can be used to distribute MSDS and labels to employees and customers in standard PDF formats using only a standard browser without any additional software to buy or install. Since it uses the Internet, it can also be accessed wirelessly through PDA’s and mobile phones that are Internet compatible.

MSDS and product labels are generated dynamically in real time from a database. This process allows for global updates and changes that can be implemented immediately with no need for batch regeneration. This results in MSDS being up-to-date and available at all times to the end-user. In order to help our clients better manage MSDS on-line, GSM verifies the information to ensure that all MSDS are accurate, complete and meet government compliance regulations.

Making MSDS and other Product Documentation available to Customers

GSM provides an easy to use web interface which enables your customer to quickly and easily access important product information.  Increase customer satisfaction by facilitating customer access to the information they need.  You can even post sales brochures and product specifications through the GSM Compliance system.  You can require customers to log on with a user ID and password, or you can provide open access.
