MSDS Online Management

            GSM Compliance Plus

Current MSDS are made available online as searchable PDFs, in multiple formats and languages.  (MSDS are updated at NO ADDITIONAL COST.)  Standardized versions are also available.  Compliance Plus allows the user to do complex searches on product names, aliases, ingredients, CAS #, Composition, effective dates, and other criteria.  MSDS can be separated based upon locations and departments, enabling complex inventory tracking and reporting.  Additional documents such as Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are also available.

 

GSM Compliance

Compliance is ideal for posting MSDS, TDS and other documents for your customers.  Documents are posted in an easy-to-use list format, which shows additional versions of the document (for example, other languages). Documents can be searched based upon product names, aliases, product numbers and special ID numbers.  Translation of documents is possible at reduced rates.  You can even manage your documents yourself, if you wish.

MSDS Translation

Global Safety Management offers you two approaches to MSDS translation, both of which are more cost effective than the traditional approach to translations, since Global Safety Management’s sister company, is the world leader in MSDS translations.  You can have your MSDS translated word for word, or GSM can standardize your MSDS first and then translate it.  The advantage to standardization is that it can result in additional discounts of 50% or more. 

Even if you choose the traditional approach, GSM offers superior quality at prices as much as 30% lower than other translation companies.

Inventory Tracking and Reporting

GSM can help your company comply with the requirements for the tracking and reporting of hazardous materials.  GSM Compliance PLUS has complex inventory functions which enable you to create exportable reports in either CSV (compatible with MS Excel) or PDF.  Reports can be created based upon all system fields, including CAS# and composition percentages.  Inventory reports enable users to separate products based upon location and department.  Customizable reports are available.  

Storage of Scanned MSDS

All MSDS are scanned, updated, indexed and made available in PDF format through the internet. This is an option for the businesses that want to use a non-standardized format of MSDS.  PDFs are searchable and printable.  MSDS can also be provided on CD.

Standardizing of MSDS

Global Safety Management can convert manufacturer MSDS to a standardized, compliant format.  If you sell products under a separate label, not only will you be provided with compliant MSDS under your company’s name and logo, but GSM documents, tracks and archives the source MSDS to protect your company from liability issues.
